Biography
Spring Watson is an award-winning sales, partnerships, and corporate training leader with over 15 years of experience in human capital management, strategic growth, and executive relationship development. She currently serves as a Major Accounts Executive at Paylocity, where she leads enterprise-level client engagements and partner initiatives across the Southeast, working closely with HR, Finance, and executive teams to align technology, compliance, and workforce strategy with organizational goals.
In addition to her client-facing leadership, Spring plays an active role in corporate training and mentorship, supporting the development of Account Executives and partner-facing teams through coaching, performance enablement, and go-to-market strategy alignment. She is recognized for building high-performing, people-first cultures that strengthen both organizational capability and long-term client success.
Recognized as a Top 1% Peak Performer, Spring has earned President’s Club, President’s Circle, and Circle+ honors for five consecutive years, reflecting her commitment to leadership, professional development, and sustainable growth.
Beyond her corporate work, Spring is the founder of Second Season Estates, a hospitality and community-focused venture centered on creating inclusive, purpose-driven spaces that support connection, wellness, and nonprofit partnerships. She is passionate about supporting HR professionals and business leaders through mentorship, community engagement, and service that strengthens both organizations and the people behind them.
Spring holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Florida and an Associate of Arts from Polk State College. She is based in Vero Beach, Florida, and remains actively engaged in leadership development, community impact, and professional service initiatives.
